EFFICIENT, HIGH-CAPACITY DRAPER HEADS

The 92C and 94C series rigid draper headers deliver high-capacity performance in all types of conditions and terrain, and in a variety of crops for top productivity.

 

92C RICE BELT HEADER

The 92C rice belt header features your choice of single- or double-knife drive. This two-deck, center-mounted header offers a single-feed belt, a large-diameter full-floating auger and extra-long retractable fingers for outstanding performance. The 92C is available in cutting widths of 25 and 30 feet.

 

MORE POWER AND CONTROL

The 92C includes high-torque hydraulic motors at both ends of the six-tine bar reel for outstanding performance. Optional fore and aft hydraulic reel control are also offered.

 

HIGH PERFORMANCE IN TOUGH CONDITIONS

The 92C head’s cutterbar and optional double-knife drive are protected by levee shields. A stainless steel plate under the feed auger allows the 92C to withstand abrasive conditions. Heavy-duty plastic skid plates provide for on-ground soybean harvest as well as protection in banks and sink holes

 

94C GRAIN BELT HEADER

The 94C grain belt header is available in 25-, 30-, 36-, 40- and 42-foot widths. A self-contained hydraulic system supplies smooth, reliable power to both the draper belts and the knife drive without the use of V-belts, pulleys and chains.

 

IDEAL FOR CEREALS, GRAINS AND SPECIALTY CROPS

The 94C header’s 42-inch-wide draper belts are a perfect match for cereals, grains and specialty crops. Two draper belts feed the crop to the extra-wide center-feed belt. Belt speed is adjusted by flow control and flow divider valves. For increased feeding capacity, the center deck is located directly in line with the feeder auger—not under it, assuring that cut crop cannot tangle or twist as it enters the auger, even in the toughest conditions.

 

PREMIUM FLOTATION, EASY ADJUSTMENTS

The leaf spring float system on the 94C delivers lateral and vertical movement for ground-hugging flotation. A simple turnbuckle allows fast, easy adjustment of the knife angle and belt performance to maximize harvesting efficiency. An optional reel fore and aft adjustment kit provides increased versatility. The standard transport axle and tow hitch offer convenient over-the-road transport without the need for a trailer.

 

OPTIONAL TERRAIN TRACER™ SYSTEM

The Terrain Tracer automatic header height control and lateral float keep the center feed deck in the optimum position with the combine feeder at all times for maximum feeding efficiency.
